SGU Closure - Mon-Wed, Oct 26-28th
As per approval by the SGU President, Sinte Gleska University will be closed on Monday-Wednesday, October 26-28th in response to the COVID measure announced by the RST Chairman’s office. ·During this period, OL classes will continue to be offered on the regularly scheduled days and times with faculty providing instruction from their homes. In the event faculty cannot access internet from their home, arrangements can be made for campus access through SGU Campus Safety director Leo McCauley. ·The only essential staff will be campus security and those making arrangements through the Campus Safety office. Please refer to instructions from the SGU Payroll office about submitting timesheets. (Chronic procrastination will be no excuse.) ·All SGU Buildings will be locked down during this period. ·Administrative leave will be approved for employees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this next RST shutdown period. Stay home and be safe.

Faculty will be advised by the SGU Academic Vice President that they can continue OL instruction from their homes during this period. The only essential staff will be campus security to protect University assets. All SGU buildings will be locked down during this period. Administrative leave will be approved for employees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these challenging times. Stay home and be safe.
