E-Learning Technical Requirements for Students
COURSESITES LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) (8-9-13 ver.) MINIMUM TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS
SUPPORTED BROWSERS:
Four primary browsers are supported. Be sure to have a recent version; older ones may be incompatible or
unsupported: Internet Explorer/Microsoft Apple/Safari Firefox/Mozilla Chrome/Google
MINIMUM HARDWARE:
Internet access is necessary.
Processor (CPU) with 1 GHz frequency
10 GB hard disk drive.
CD-ROM Drive or DVD-ROM (optional per instructor) Computer capable of displaying at least 256 colors. 512 MB Memory (RAM).
Sound card w/speakers (or headphones)
* The above requirements are minimum for functionality. Higher capability equipment and features are desirable for improved operations.

A [email protected] student address is required and is provided by SGU’s MIS Tech Dept. Be sure to have this account fully functional.
