No positive case on SGU campus:
There is a false rumor that SGU had an individual who tested positive on campus. The college is taking every precaution to keep our students and staff safe, with repeated cleaning of rooms for this one week of face-to-face instruction, with proper distancing, with screening and with mandatory masks.

Due to the high volume of students who have registered for the fall 2020 semester, the bookstore is experiencing a shortage on books. If you haven’t picked up your textbook(s) for your class, please check with the bookstore throughout the week to see if your book(s) have come in. Please understand that with the recent Pandemic shipping is taking longer than usual.
Laptops are available from 8:30a to 5pm today and tomorrow at the Technology Building on the Antelope Lake Campus. You must bring your class schedule in order to pick up your laptop. Also, you have to come yourself, no sending anyone in your place.
Want to make some extra $$ this upcoming week?
SGU is looking for HELPFUL and PATIENT teachers, current SGU students, or anyone who has experience with Google services and Google Classrooms to support our instructors during the first week of classes. For $13/hour, you will be a "tech assistant" that will help students log onto their laptops, get onto google, get into google classrooms, and perform other basic tech help. We will need help from 9am-10pm Mon-Thurs so if you are available during any of those times, we would love to have you. You are free to work as many hours as you would like during the semester.
