REGISTRATION:
Veterans must submit originals or certified copies of originals of his/her DD-214 (discharge papers), marriage license, and/or divorce decree, birth certificate, adoption or custody papers of all dependent children.VA form 22-1990 (Application for Education Benefits) must be signed and forwarded to the Veterans Administration. The VA will notify the student directly, not the college, of any further requirements.
Students must register for classes and are requested to sign the proper acknowledgement.
The certifying official will :
1. Complete VA form 22-1999 (Enrollment Certification) each semester.
2. Forward the original to the Veterans Administration.
3. Keep the 2nd original for the student's VA file.
(The certifying official will notify the VA of any changes in student status.)
TRANSFERS: The student must submit all transcripts from all other colleges or institutions of higher education.
The student must complete VA form 22-1995 (Request for Change of Program or Place of Training), sign and forward the document to the Veterans Administration. The VA will notify the student directly of any requirements.
Complete the Registration process as identified above.
