SUPPLEMENTAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY GRANT (SEOG)

The SEOG program provides funds for students who have a demonstrated financial need and who satisfy all other program requirements at Lower Brule Community College.

The student must be enrolled in an undergraduate program of study. Students who have earned a four-year degree are not eligible for a SEOG award. The Financial Aid office at Sinte Gleska University makes the decision to include SEOG funds in the student award package. SEOG is awarded to students with the lowest Family Contribution (FC).

The amount of the award may range from $100 to $4,000 per academic year at Lower Brule Community College, depending upon student eligibility and availability of funds.

Application is made by completing an Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) which may be obtained through the Lower Brule Community College office.
