The Bureau of Indian Affairs Higher Education Grant program provides financial assistance to American Indian students via supplemental awards whenever an unmet need exists and only when the student has exhausted all other financial aid possibilities. Students must apply for BIA Higher Education Grants at the agency where they are enrolled.
